Brim brings its ‘big juicy burgers’ to Watford
HALAL STATUS Fully HalalBrim has launched its tenth restaurant in Watford this week with five more said to open by the end of the year.
The new 22-seater eatery is serving its smashed burgers on the busy stretch of St Albans Road with franchise owner Maany Iqbal reportedly saying that “Watford needs a place like this”.
In addition to a build-your-own option, Brim’s handmade burgers include their signature, BBQ Rasher, Hawaiian Heaven, The Chicken Run, Sweet Chilli Tim, The Meltdown, Smashed Shrooms, and the Fiery Brimstone.
While brothers Amad and Jawad Hassan launched the brand in 2021 after their Toraabs Karahu House in Hemel Hempstead was forced to close during the pandemic, they now boast Brim sites across the country, as well as one in Pakistan’s Lahore.
