Some 5000 visitors are expected to attend Manchester’s inaugural Halal Street Food Fair tomorrow 15 June.

With gates opening at noon, the event will be taking place at The Waterloo Centre and looking to offer “some of the best street food offerings from world cuisines”.

The fair will be providing a platform “to network with other like-minded businesses” while being a “wonderful opportunity to promote your brand”.

With entry to the family fair being free, stall holders can expect to pay between £30 to £100 depending on their business type.

So far 15 vendors have been confirmed with gourmet burgers, fish and chips, pizzas, kebabs and plenty of veggie options, as well as Chinese, Turkish, Syrian, Lebanese, Mexican, Afghani and Iranian cuisines all lined up.

Free tickets to the Halal Street Food Fair are available now via registration on the Event Brite website.
