A fast food Indian restaurant has introduced the increasingly popular build-your-own concept of curry, kati roll, salad or breakfast paratha to the City of London.

Located on Bow Lane, Pali Kitchen is an exciting new brand that caters for Halal lamb and chicken that’s prepped and cooked separately from any pork on the menu..

The build-your-own food concept is fast becoming a popular trend with a number of Halal and Halal-friendly restaurants having launched this year revolving either entirely around said service or making it available.

Only last week, Burger Factory launched in Southall, west London, with a build-your-own-burger option, while BUILT Custom Burgers in East London opened in February.

At Pali Kitchen, once you’ve chosen your desired dish, the idea is to build it using the relevant ingredients available.

If you’ve chosen a curry, for instance, you firstly select your rice, add some salad, choose a protein, opt for a dressing, before finally garnishing your completed dish.

The restaurant also offers a variety of sides and desi-inspired drinks, which include lassis and a chai, along with vegetarian and vegan options.
