Pepe’s Piri Piri launches today in Walsall with 50% off

Following on from the visit of two high profile sporting personalities this week, Pepe’s Piri Piri is now ready for the grand opening of its Walsall site later today at 5pm.
With Britain’s heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua invited to the Pleck Road branch on Wednesday and England all-round cricketer Moeen Ali yesterday, the franchise will be opening with 50% off their original full chicken orders.
The menu has a couple of very interesting items including a Chinese Laksa as Pepe’s taste of the Orient – grilled chicken pieces cooked in a curry and coconut sauce served with Chinese noodles.
There’s also the limited edition BBQ Sizzler that’s a flame grilled Piri Piri chicken breast in a freshly toasted ciabatta with jalapenos and smoky BBQ sauce.
Promotion has obviously been a heavy focus for the franchisees with 40,000 vouchers also having been printed and delivered to offices in and around the area this week.
Seven years after the first store opened in Birmingham’s Alum Rock Road, the Walsall venue is a spacious family-orientated 50+ seater restaurant that’s HMC certified.
The initial opening times stand as follows: today 5pm-11:30pm, tomorrow 12pm-11:30pm, and Sunday 29th April 12pm-11:30pm.
