The restaurant will be a modern Anatolian kitchen in a vibrant and buzzing atmosphere.

An exotic Turkish restaurant will be launching tomorrow on the busy high street of Loughton, Essex.

With a minimalist yet elegant atmosphere, Turquoise will be introducing a modern take on Anatolian cuisine when it opens at 11am.

While there will be an alcohol bar as part of its setup, this large eatery has confirmed with FtL that the entire menu is Halal.

The 180-cover restaurant has an outdoor and garden area for guests to enjoy and will therefore be ideal for most functions and events.

Inspired from traditional Anatolian ingredients, region and style, Turquoise will enter the Turkish restaurant scene with its fiery Anatolian attitude.

As a family run business, owner and restauranteur Burhan Ates hopes Turquoise will become a significant part of the counrty’s £2.2 billion kebab industry, which has been an integral part of the UK culture for decades.

“We want to bring a dynamic new concept to Essex. The restaurant will be a modern Anatolian kitchen in a vibrant and buzzing atmosphere – it will compliment the Anatolian heritage,” said Mr Ates.
