Algerian French pancakes and breakfasts at Creperie Cila

Here’s a little rustic looking crêperie cafe on funky Northfield Avenue in Ealing that’s worth a possible visit if you’re in the area.

I discovered it by chance after strolling in, seeing Algerian pictures and artwork decorating the walls, and then being told that it’s fully halal.

With a nice layout, outdoor seating, and good parking availability, what makes this place worth a look in is its extensive menu.

This ranges from breakfasts, omelettes, jacket potatoes, 17 different types of sandwiches, wraps, pasta, pizzas, sweet and savoury crêpes with the latter being offered in a variety of cheese, vegetarian, meat or fish options.

And if that wasn’t enough, you have an assortment of salads, milkshakes, ice creams, cocktails, freshly squeezed juices and smoothies, and, of course, teas, lattes and coffees.

I went for their halal full English breakfast which, 10 years ago would have been heaven, but is now just another average one!

Having said that though, the hot chocolate was a nice and creamy delight that certainly did excite me.
