Pacana is a new Pan-Asian Grill & Noodle restaurant whose story began in Asia, and continues today in London.

Deriving its name from Sanskrit, a classical and philosophical language of the region, Pacana translates simply as ‘the act of cooking’, as well as the word for ‘fire’. It was this love of cooking over an open flame, coupled with their passion for food, that led to the birth of this restaurant and the opening of the restaurant.

Combining the nostalgia of traditional food with the excitement and vibrancy of contemporary cuisine, Pacana seeks to strike this balance, while delivering a dining experience that hopes to both transport and transcend the diners.

Their menu speaks of diversity and variety, and looks to create an experience that is centered around the diner.

According to their Facebook page: “We had always talked about opening a restaurant since we were kids, well before the dream of PACANA became a reality.

“Our love of food has always been linked to our cultural heritage, a journey that quickly took us East. With childhood influences that span the Asian continent, and a love of simple, flavoursome grilled food, we wanted PACANA to become a restaurant that represented our own culinary experiences.”
