Leicester’s Boo Burgers keeps it short and simple

Having opened in West London last weekend, Boo is an independent “hip new eatery” that offers a small menu with a selection of six burgers.
The team at Boo wanted to create a modern day burger joint serving up classic American style burgers using 100% Aberdeen Angus beef that’s ground fresh daily.
With all sauces made in-house, and the buns the result of an endless cycle of testings and retestings with local bakery, Milners, Boo says it’s eventually found “the perfect brioche bun that is just the right weight, size and taste to best complement the beef”.
The menu has been kept simple to “give customers the best experience”, while all meat is Halal.
You can choose from a small selection of beef burgers, a very cool sounding Chick-A-Boo, or the vegetarian Booloumi burger.
Sides include buffalo or sticky wings, rustic fries with a rather unusual shape, all finished off with creamy shakes that come in four simple flavours (apparently, the peanut butter shake “will have you hooked”) and are affectionately referred to as Moo.
