Manjaros opens third fusion restaurant in Bradford
HALAL STATUS Fully HalalA fusion restaurant that specialises in combining the rich flavours of the African and Caribbean cuisines has opened its third branch.
With branches in Middlesbrough and Leeds, Manjaros has opened a 200-seater restaurant very near Bradford University on Great Horton Road.
Whilst the dessert parlour on the first floor won’t be ready for another month, there’s a separate express area for customers to collect takeaways.
The franchise offers a diverse menu that includes a meat section with dishes such as Curried Lamb, Lamb Flambé Chops and Mixed Charcoal Skewers, as well as a trio of Waka Waka chickens.
But it’s their variety of Parmesan (vegetarian-based) Chickens that’s said to be their most popular dish.
Otherwise the following rice dishes might be to your liking: Creamy Caribbean Chicken or Lamb, and the Chicken or Prawn Rasta Rice, among others.
More familiar choices include burgers, wraps, Caribbean-inspired pasta, pizza, and meat platters.
Overall, whether you’re lover of spice or not, there appears to be something for everyone.
And Manjaros also has plans of opening branches in Newcastle, Huddersfield, Glasgow, Preston and London.
In fact, a Twitter account has already been setup for Manjaros’ Glasgow branch along with a location: Springfield Quay, G5 8NP!
