Fusion 21 Steak & Grill launches in Oldham

A large, fully Halal steak and grill restaurant has opened in Oldham directly opposite Oldham Mumps trams stop, and promises “a memorable dining experience”.

Catering for over 100 guests, Fusion 21 has introduced a menu which “focuses on the mixing of ingredients from different culinary cuisines for food lovers”.

This contemporary styled eatery in the heart of Oldham will have you spoilt for choice really with over 150 choices from 12 sections.

There’s 21 starters ranging from chicken wings and strips, Indian puris, kebabs, fish, and sticky BBQ ribs to name a few.

They have smoked Steaks and Sizzlers section, with an assortment of steaks ranging from £9.95 to £16.95.

There’s eight burgers to choose from which include their Fusion 21 Beef Special, as well as Seafood comprising of seabass, cod, salmon all cooked in a variety of Oriental and Indian ways.

If you’re after some spice though, then there’s 17 curries that includes a Fusion 21 Lamb Shank, as well as dishes from Afghanistan and Nepal.

Otherwise, you might want to consider the Chef’s Choices, such as, the huge Seafood (for four) or Meat (for two) Thawa platters for around £50 each.

There’s ample parking space within close proximity including 3 hours free parking every Saturday and Sunday (though a ticket will be needed and displayed on the windscreen).
