Dough & Bun brings burgers and pizzas to Birmingham

Today will see the official launch of a restaurant that will be serving Birmingham “gourmet burgers and artisan pizza”.

Dough & Bun will be opening its doors later today at noon with a menu that promises “fresh, hand-pressed gourmet burgers and artisan, thin crust, stone baked pizza”.

Located on Bromford Lane, this 70-cover eatery has also informed us that they will soon be HMC certified too.

They offer half a dozen of beef and chicken burgers to choose from that includes the beef All Day Breakfast, as well as a couple of fish and veggie ones.

Otherwise, you might opt for their Juicy Lucy’s, which are essentially stuffed burgers, such as the Milano that’s stuffed with mozzarella cheese.

Dough & Bun appear to be very serious about their pizzas too, with specialised baking ovens by Sveba Dahlen that can literally cook them “at 900 degrees and in under 180 seconds”.

If you choose to build your own pizza and not opt for one of their Signatures, then you can choose unlimited toppings from an impressive range of 50 all for one price.

They even do Dessert Pizzas such as the Apple Crumble and the Rocky Road – the latter containing whirl butter, butter biscuit, marsh mellow, chocolate sauce, icing sugar and gelato.
