Bollywood Brasserie launches today in Bradford
HALAL STATUS Fully Halal food menu • Alcohol & Shisha servedBollywood Brasserie will be opening just after noon today amidst the beautiful countryside surroundings of West Yorkshire.
Specialising in English, Asian and Intercontinental cuisine, the 120-cover restaurant will be launching on site of 4-star hotel Holiday Inn Leeds Bradford.
And with Indian Chef Subroto Chaudhuri bringing his 25-years of culinary experience to the helm, we have been informed: “Yes, all our meat dishes will be Halal.”
Having cooked across the UK, Middle East and India, including prestigious places like Taj Hotel, Sheraton, Intercontinental IHG and Crowne Plaza, the chef has created a menu that will comprise of popular Anglo-Indian fusion dishes.
These will include Railway Lamb, a dish developed by the chefs of the Indian Railways during the British Raj, as well as ‘Gunpowder’ Potatoes.
From the classics there’ll be Chef Chaudhuri’s British dish Chicken Tikka Masala along with traditional Punjabi dishes such as Aloo Gobi, all with fine-dining presentation.
It should be noted, however, that the restaurant serves alcohol and has an outdoor seating area for shisha.
