Copper Chimney debuts in UK and Westfield London

Multi award-winning Indian restaurant brand, Copper Chimney, made its UK debut yesterday as it soft launched in none other than Europe’s largest shopping complex.
Located in the Southern Terrace of Westfield London in White City, the international business boasts 15 branches across five cities in India, as well as Kuwait and the UAE.
With “original secret spice mixes that have been carried forward over the past 3 generations”, Copper Chimney is here to represent “the secret recipes from undivided North India”.
The restaurant has also confirmed with us the following: “We can confirm that all our meat is Halal.”
And since “the ‘tandoor’ is revered in the Copper Chimney kitchens”, there is, of course, plenty of tandoor grilled dishes that are all said to be marinated in excess of eight hours to maximise flavour.
As such, there’s Copper Chimney’s Old Delhi’s original Reshmi Malai Chicken, or the potent Tandoori Fire Chicken from The Punjab region with Kashmiri chillies, as well as Lamb Seekh Kahab and the Karachi/Sindh influenced Chutney Fish.
For their specials, there’s their Grilled Burrah Chop which are “marinate overnight and skilfully cooked at 500 degrees to give the perfect flavour”, or the Smoked White Pepper Chicken Chop which is a classic from when they opened in 1972.
It goes without saying that they offer a mouthwatering selection of classic curries too, Indian breads, and an impressive array of desserts, such as Garjar Pistachio Crumble, which can be washed down with one of their “finely curated list of… whole leaf chais sourced from across the length and breadth of India’s exquisite tea estates”.
What’s more, they even have a dairy- and gluten-free menu, as well as a small dedicated section for the kids.
