Creams launch emergency franchise support package
Supporting our franchise partners is a key priority for us and we hope this package will help them as they navigate this challenging climate – O. Shoukat, Creams MD
Ongoing economic challenges have pushed Halal dessert parlour Creams to launch an emergency franchise support package.
With over 100 sites across the UK, the initiative will help guide its partners through inflationary pressures and the cost-of-living crisis.
The package includes financial incentives that will see royalty fees reduced from October 2022 until February 2023 to help safeguard its franchisees’ future.
Creams also has plans of opening a further ten new sites by the end of the calendar year, with a refurbishment scheme to ensure restaurants are as energy efficient and sustainable as possible.
In addition to the package including general support, advice on managing labour efficiency, and maximising energy efficiency across a business, Creams has appointed a third-party company to advise on similar business related issues.
Creams managing director, Othman Shoukat, said: “Supporting our franchise partners is a key priority for us and we hope this package will help them as they navigate this challenging climate. We formalised it prior to any government announcement as our aim is always to proactively support our franchise partners.”
He added: “I am confident that with this comprehensive support package, we will maintain good momentum and replicate this success despite the difficult environment.”
