As for the more fiery Big Mama, then what separates this from its counterpart – aside from the fried chicken fillet being paired with a crispy hash brown; and the tangy buffalo sauce being complimented by the heat of the jalapenos – is the addition of the tortilla chips, which ensures that textural contrast.

Regarding Frankster’s Grilled Wings, then these don’t just come in five flavours – Lemon & Herb, Jerk, Mild, Hot, and Buffalo – but are extremely popular too.
