New Malaysian restaurant concept My Makan has opened in Norwich – the new brand’s second site within the space of a month.
Located on the first floor of Westlegate, this is the brainchild of Matthew Wilcox, from Norwich, and Saudi Arabian-based business partners Imran Abidin and Turki Bin Afif.
Having met while working in food manufacturing in the Middle East, the trio opened the first restaurant in Town Street, in the Horsforth area of Leeds, at the beginning of February.
My Makan’s fully Halal menu offers a wide variety of dishes that range from traditional favorites such as Nasi Lemak and Satay, to lesser-known items like Mee Goreng and Char Kuey Teow.
