Uncle Lim’s Malaysian restaurant in London Croydon relocates
HALAL STATUS Fully Halal food menu • Alcohol servedA Malaysian restaurant that has closed having operated at Croydon’s Whitgift Shopping Centre since 2011 has found a new home just down the road.
Uncle Lim’s announced the news on Facebook: “Hello customer, we have moved to our new shop. Whitgift centre shop is now closed. See you.”
While alcohol is served in the new 30-cover restaurant, the restaurant has informed FtLion that it serves a fully Halal food menu with plenty to choose from.
After a visit to the Museum of Croydon, Uncle Lim’s in South End might be the place to visit with classic Malay dishes like hainan chicken, kway teow, nasi lemak, sambal prawns, beef rendang, curry laksa, and teh tarik to wash things down.
