Chinese food truck Kung Pao Panda opens London restaurant

A business that started out as a Chinese food truck has opened its first bricks and mortar site in east London.
Kung Pao Panda is a family-owned eatery that’s launched a fast food place on Bethnal Green Road and which promises “authentic, fresh, and Halal Chinese cuisine that is made with love and served with a smile”.
The HMC-certified eatery says on its website: “At Kung Pao Panda, we use only the freshest ingredients to create authentic Chinese dishes that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. From spicy Szechuan to savory Cantonese, we have something for everyone.
“We understand the importance of Halal food for many of our customers. That’s why we only use halal-certified meat and ingredients in all of our dishes, so you can enjoy our authentic Chinese cuisine with peace of mind.”
