Afghan restaurant Mantu opens in London Edgware today

A new restaurant in London that promises “authentic Afghan” cuisine has opened in Edgware this week.
Located on Station Road, Mantu has launched to plenty of fanfare today as ribbons were cut and food served.
“Come experience the warmth of Afghan hospitality and the heritage of our handmade dishes. Your new favorite spot is finally here,” Mantu said on Instagram.
Some dishes to look out for include the traditional soup Ash-e-Khanagi, the lamb and rice dish Qabuli, and of course their dumplings and signature dish Mantu.
In addition, they do a variety of kebabs such as the Chapli Kebab, as well as Salads like the The Mantu Special, and desserts that include the Chocolate Mantu.
