Free food at Afrikana debut in Nottingham tomorrow

Afrikana will be celebrating the launch of its latest restaurant in Nottingham tomorrow afternoon.
Located on King Street, the African-inspired brand will be giving away 15 free platters to the first 15 customers through the door.
With doors opening at 4pm, this will be their 18th UK site with another being prepared for Wembley Park in London.
Having begun their journey in Aldridge way back in 2018, Afrikana are known for their burgers, wraps, chickens and specials, with sharing platters inspired by food from Ethiopia, Botswana, and Kenya.
Afrikana has informed FtLion: “We are a fully certified Halal place; all our meals are Halal,” before adding: “None of our stores serve alcohol.”
