The Best Broasted opens in London Shepherd’s Bush

An “authentic Middle Eastern restaurant” that specialises in broasted chicken has opened its second London site.

Located on Uxbridge Road in Shepherd’s Bush, The Best Broasted says it is “the first in London to provide the original Chicken Broasted recipe, along with variant Mediterranean dishes”.

With its “special herbal seasoning”, the restaurant says: “Our authentic broasted chicken is high pressure fried, seasoned with our secret herbs recipe. Served with our known thick cut fried potatos.”

As well as to its “must try” broasted chicken, it also serves up lamb and chicken shawarma, fatayer, pizzas, lamb cubes ‘tikka’, kafta ‘aleppo kebab, and shish tawook.

And while The Best Broasted also offers other Syrian and Lebanese dishes, its first branch on High Road in north west London’s Willesden.
