‘Fantastic night’ at Bison Steakhouse in Leeds

A nice late evening with my Batley cousins led them to taking me to Bison Steakhouse to enjoy a great meal.
Bison Steakhouse is small with seatings upstairs, who claim to serve the “Best Aberdeen Angus Beef Steak and Burgers in Leeds”!
Angus Beef Burger – 6oz beef patty, lettuce, red onion, tomato & cheese, £5.99
Their Matured Beef Steak is dried for 21 days, while their Angus Beef Burger, let me tell you people, tasted amazing! One Angus Beef Patty had a great thickness without becoming dry at all.
For starters we chose Lamb Chops and BBQ Beef Ribs on top of Mash Potato. The chops tasted delicious and were very tender with a great marination.
Lamb Chops – Four pieces of prime lamb chops, seasoned & grilled. Served with salad Halal, £7.99
The BBQ Beef Ribs were slow-cooked and tasted succulent and delicious. Full of sticky barbecue flavour, the beef meat just melted on my tongue – outstanding! The mash was nice and smooth, and seasoned very well.
Angus BBQ Beef Rib – Slow cooked to perfection & succulent beef rib glazed in sticky BBQ sauce. Served with mash & salad, £9.99
We also had a whole chicken that tasted great, with its marination being spot on and cooked onpoint.
And lastly was the Loaded Fries (£6.99) which we just about managed to eat most of between two us. It was very cheesy, with added chicken and chilli sauce on top, and a dish that could also serve as a starter. Not bad at all.

Overall a fantastic night with great customer service. Will definitely visit again when I come to Yorkshire to visit my family.
Please note that they only accept cash. There’s seatings upstairs as well as down, with wheelchair access available for customers and parking available nearby.
