One of the hottest Halal restaurants of 2021 will be making its big grand opening this week in London’s Fitzrovia.

Eggoland will be launched by professional boxer Sohail Ahmad who first entered the UK in the back of a lorry as a 12-year-old Afghan refugee.

The undefeated pugilist, who will see his inaugural restaurant launch this coming Friday at 11am, said on Instagram: “It’s been a long time in the making and I can’t wait for everyone to finally come and experience it.”

Before the grand opening, Eggoland will be having a soft opening starting today with an exclusive 25% off for anyone who calls in and quotes ‘CASPER’ duing the following days: Tuesday 12-5pm,
Wednesday 11-6pm, Thursday 11-4pm, Friday 11-7pm, and Saturday 11-7pm.

According to the restaurant’s Facebook page: “Eggoland is a concept born from founder, Sohail Ahmad’s frustration at never being able to order his eggs just the way he likes them.”

With a fully Halal menu, the restaurant will be presenting innovative dishes from as little as £4 which include: Wakey Wakey Eggs’N’Baccy – Face-down fried egg, maple soaked beef bacon & mature cheddar cheese in a warm brioche bun; Hills ’n’ Valleys – House-made Glamorgan cheese and leek patty, soft scrambled egg, chives and citrus mayo in a warm brioche bun; Feeling Decadent – Confit duck leg, face-down fried duck egg, caramelised onions and spring onions in a warm brioche bun.
