‘UK’s first slider specialist’ BRGR.BRO opens in Leicester

If you’re looking for a few quick and convenient bites of small and manageable burgers, then BRGR.BRO in Leicester might be the place for you.
Described as “the UKs first slider specialist”, the sit-in restaurant is located on Evington Road and the corner of Rowsley Street and will be launching later today.
The menu revolves around a 2-step process in building your choice of burgers, with the first step requiring one to choose either a brioche bun or a charcoal bun for an extra 25p.
There are then a choice of two sliders from a selection of either 100% Angus beef, flaming hot chicken, original chicken, fish fillet, and veggie.
BRGR.BRO offer a number of sides too that include hand cut fries, buffalo chicken bites with their Bro special sauces, skin-on fries with nancho cheese, corny fries.
They also serve premium soda that’s “produced using only top quality ingredients” which are locally sourced wherever possible.
