Bruberry bistro brings its eclectic menu to Leicester

An exciting new fully Halal bistro has opened in Leicester’s North Evington offering quite the varied menu.
Located on Moat Road, Bruberry is a charming little 20-cover cafe with breakfast options, smoothie bowls, French toasts, American pancakes, and more.
From desi breakfasts and avocado on toast to kheema paav and spicy boiled free range eggs, there’s also strawberry and belgium milk chocolate pancakes with cream, among others.
Bruberry even does Buns like the gourmet lamb burger or the fried chicken fillet with cheese and hashbrown, as well as baked Potatoes with various filling, including chicken tikka salad.
Otherwise, they do fresh waffles, such as the Sweet & Sour that’s served with fried chicken, salad, inhouse sauce or sweet and spicy maple syrup.
