Bunify intro American rolls to London Shepherd’s Bush

A Halal restaurant that specialises in American-inspired rolls, rolls, and more rolls, has opened its second site in London.

Having launched on Goldhawk Road in Shepherd’s Bush, they serve long rolls that are “loaded with premium beefy patties” as well as a selection of chicken loaded ones.

Fast food brand Bunify says it “started by taking the American cuisine and fused it with other cuisines from around the world and building them around delicious brioche rolls”.

In addition to a pair of larger 2-tier stack rolls, there’s plenty of side items and desserts too, with shakes and mocktails to wash things down.

They also operate a ghost kitchen that’s located in Kensington High Street, with delivery available through Uber Eats, Just East, and Deliveroo.
