Butchies launch 5th London chicken shop in Ealing

Fried buttermilk chicken specialists Butchies have opened their fifth London store in The Broadway, Ealing.

Claiming to be “serving the best damn Fried Buttermilk Chicken in the world”, they have launched on the busy stretch of Bond Street.

While having informed FtLion that this branch is Halal, their website more specifically states: “All of our chicken is sourced from a Halal-certified supplier; and certificates are available at each site.”

They also clarify: “We sell alcohol; but we do not use it anywhere in the cooking process. The bacon is cooked separately from other food items.”

Having first come on the scene in east London back in 2013, their website further reveals: “Red Tractor accredited birds are sustainably sourced from a single farm based in South Yorkshire.”
