Chaat Wala to open permanent site tomorrow in Bradford

A virtual kitchen that specialises in all-things chaat, a savoury snack that originated in the Indian subcontinent, will be opening its first eatery tomorrow.
Chaat Wala (not to be confused with Chatwala in Leicester) will be launching at 3pm on Bradford’s Manchester Road with 100 free teas, 10gift bags, loyalty cards and even a firework display starting at 8.30pm.
Describing themselves as the ‘King of Chaat’, the business kicked off last year before growing in popularity and delivering its products to over 15 cities including Leeds, Dewsbury, Rochdale and Manchester.
Their menu will include Chana Chaat, crisp fried dough balls called Papri Chaat, Aloo Chaat, Samosa Chaat, as well as Pani Puri and Gol Gappas.
Chaat Wala will also offer a selection of freshly-made beverages such as Mango Lassi and a trio of Nimbu Panis: Lemon and Lime, Strawberry Crush, and Ocean Blue.
