Chai Green ‘Palestine Charity Iftar’ in Cardiff & Birmingham
Indian cafe Chai Green will be holding a charity drive in aid of the beleaguered people of Palestine next week during the month of Ramadan.
The karak chai brand has announced that it will be donating all proceeds made from its ‘Palestine Charity Iftar’ initiative taking place next Thursday 14 March at 5.30pm onwards.
Diners are being encouraged to prebook their tables in support of the people of Gaza who have been relentlessly subjected to a brutal onslaught since October of last year with tens of thousands of Palestinians having been killed by Israel.
Chai Green will be running the initiative at not one but four of its restaurants, which amounts to a total of 120 seats in total.
The participating venues are their latest in Wales’ Cardiff (contact: 029 2280 5992) as well as in Birmingham’s Hodge Hill (contact: 0121 789 7869), Stratford Road (contact: 0121 661 5770) and Alum Rock (contact: 0121 820 0808).
