Chaiiwala opens first cafe in Scotland’s Edinburgh

The “Indian Starbucks” Chaiiwala has made its big Edinburgh debut at the busy Fort Kinnaird Retail Park.
Located in Unit 11a, this is also the award-winning brand’s third cafe in Scotland and 83rd in total.
Chaiiwala announced on social media: “It’s official! We’re proud to announce that our 3rd store in Scotland is now open! We’re excited to welcome you all and to be a part of the iconic city known for it’s heritage.”
The franchise is known for specialising in Indian street snacks like Bombay sandwiches, masala chips, as well as a hearty Indian breakfast that includes a “special” masala omelette, being served with brewed teas and coffees.
In 2019, Chaiiwala was voted the Readers’ Choice: Best Beverage of the Year during the annual #FtLion awards.
