Chaiiwala opens Express in Watford & cafe in London Beckton

Having opened in London’s Canning Town last week, Chaiiwala were at it again this week with not one but two launches.

The ‘Indian Starbucks’ firstly added to its growing number of express sites with a branch at the Esso Garage on Kingsway North Orbital Road in Watford’s Sheepcot.

This was followed by the launch of their more traditional cafe in Gallions Reach Shopping Park in east London’s Beckton, which marks the leading Halal street food brand’s 67th UK branch.

The award-winning Chaiiwala is known for its brewed teas and coffees, as well as Indian street food snacks like rotis, masala chips, Bombay sandwiches, and a hearty Indian breakfast with a “special” masala omelette.

In 2019, the “king of karak”, as they call themselves, were voted the Readers’ Choice: Best Beverage of the Year during the annual #FtLion awards.
