Chaiiwala opens first ever international store in Canada

The UK’s leading Indian cafe brand Chaiiwala has made the giant leap of opening its first ever international store.
“After months of planning, countless zoom calls and lots of hard work” the restaurant that specialises in karak chai has launched a store in Toronto.
Following a busy few weeks that’s seen the owners not only open the third restaurant of their sister-slider brand BRGR.Bro in Manchester, they’ve finally opened on Lebovic Avenue in Ontario.
The renowned franchise is also known for offering items like rotis, Bombay sandwiches, masala chips, as well as a hearty Indian breakfast that includes a “special” masala omelette.
The Leicester-based franchise currently employs 800 staff across its UK stores, but is aiming to launch 40 more locations by the end of the year.
In 2019, Chaiiwala was voted the Readers’ Choice: Best Beverage of the Year during the annual #FtLion awards.
