Launch of new cooking show ‘Chilli Chilli Bang Bang’

This week marked the launch of a groundbreaking reality TV show created and released by the Asian Restaurant Owners Network (ARON).

‘Chilli Chilli Bang Bang’ follows four teams of competitive duos battling to recreate two fine-dining courses designed by chef Anwar Miah, but with an exciting twist – all cast and crew members are unaware of the results.

Created by ARON Managing Director Rehan Uddin, owner of Torquay restaurant Bombay Express, the winning team will be announced live at this year’s 2019 ARON awards following the premiere of the full episode.

Presented by celebrity chef Sarah Ali Choudhury, the first episode features contestants Shalim Abs and Kwaz Ali, Nurun Alam and Razna Ali, Jack Dart and Romel Miah, as well as Raja Ali and Rehan Uddin, with guest judge being TV host Rumi Sharmin.

“I have really taken ARON into its own lane – driving towards new concepts, projects and technology; long gone are the floral carpets and velvet curtains of the industry, instead we welcome innovation, creativity and swagger,” he Rehan Uddin.
