Chopstix opens landmark 100th site in London Kilburn

Fast food noodle bar concept Chopstix launches its 100th milestone store in north west London’s Kilburn’s High Road.

Chopstix managing director Jon Lake reportedly said he “expects to have commitments for 150 new stores by end of 2022 as the brand ‘accelerates’ into franchising”, according to Propel.

The news archive further reported that franchise director Aaron Moore-Saxton “told the Restaurant & Takeaway Innovation Expo 2022 that the company hopes sees a runway for 500-600 UK stores by 2028, and is on its way to becoming ‘the largest Asian-inspired quick service restaurant brand in Europe'”.

Claiming to be “the fastest servers on the high street”, Chopstix’s menu is a simple 5-step ordering process that involves choosing a box size, a base, toppings, a side, and a drink.
