Chopstix opens second noodle bar in Leicester

Chopstix, “the largest Asian inspired quick serve restaurant in the UK”, this week opened its second noodle bar in Leicester.
Located on the pedestrianised Gallowtree Gate, one of the city’s main shopping streets, this is the brand’s 63rd branch in all.
With the first restaurant located at Welcome Break in Leicester Forest East, Chopstix also has sites dotted right across the country.
With a simple 5-step ordering process, the idea is to choose a box size; a base of either noodles or two types of rice; 10 types of toppings, such as teriyaki beef, chicken katsu curry, and caramel drizzle chicken; a side like mini duck spring rolls or salt ‘n’ pepper potatoes; and a drink.
Chopstix then says that being “the fastest servers on the high street”, its trained chefs are able to “serve all our customers in under a minute”.
