Chopstix in Butlin’s Minehead resort after London Victoria

Having opened in London’s Victoria, the fully Halal Chinese noodle bar concept Chopstix is preparing to launch in Somerset’s Butlins resort.

With the Victoria branch having arrived on the first floor food terrace of Victoria Place shopping above Victoria station last month, the brand is going to open in Butlin’s Minehead resort this Friday.

With its first resort site opening in Bognor Regis last year, this latest one will be part of Butlin’s £1.2 million holiday resort food offering investment.

Having been founded by Sam Elia and Menashe Sadik in the famous Camden Market, Chopstix now has over 100 sites across the UK.

Their menu offers pan-Asian dishes that include Firecracker Chicken, Caramel Drizzle Chicken, and Salt ‘N’ Pepper Chicken among other things.

The franchise director Aaron Moore-Saxton was quoted as saying that the company is looking to open 500-600 UK stores by 2028.
