Cocobeanz ‘authentic Italian coffee’ in Morden & Norbury
SPONSORED CONTENT HALAL STATUS Fully HalalOur concept is straightforward. Our philosophy is focused. Our offer is simple… exceptional coffee, and great, honest and healthy foods.
While there aren’t many fully Halal coffeehouses in London, Cocobeanz is certainly one café brand in the south of the capital that’s attempting to buck that trend.
Having launched in Morden’s London Road in 2018, the large eatery was so well received that owner Muzammil opened a smaller venue on Norbury’s Streatham High Road just two year’s later.
And to serve high quality coffee and beverages, he hired the expertise of a barista with considerable experience working for a leading café brand in the UK.
The place itself has that quintessential feel of a vibrant yet relaxed coffeehouse, with plenty of spacious seating at the Morden venue with 30, and 10 in Norbury.
Specialised coffee, exciting breakfast, and delicious dinner
Their impressive breakfast menu can be enjoyed as solitary mains for £3.49, which can easily be upgraded for £4.99 to include a regular hot drink coupled with a hash brown.
Of the mains, there’s a selection of freshly-prepaed bagels and muffins ranging from the simple Egg & Cheese Muffin to the more hearty Sausage Turkey & Egg Bagel.
If you fancy something sweeter, then there’s American Pancakes, a couple of Toasties, and Paninis that include the Chicken Fajita.
Moving towards lunch and dinner, then while all mains are again £3.49 individually, as a meal that’s paired with a crepe and a soft drink, it’s also £4.99.
As for the crepes, then there are two types, savoury and sweet, with the former including Salmon, Ham & Mushroom, and Mixed Peppers, with Bonaffee, Mi Amor, and other choices accounting for the latter.
Freshly made waffles are also available, all of which appears to define Cocobeanz commitment towards “bringing you a world of different cuisine”.
But that’s not all; this brand has even sourced authentic Italian gelato-based desserts with eight choices: Waffle S’more Sundae, the classic Banana Split, Toffee Popcorn Sunday, and Roasted Apple Cinnamon Sundae, to name but a few.
Cakes are definitely an option to go with the hot and cold beverages with options like a Raspberry or Blueberry Bakewell, Lemon Drizzle, Chocolate Caramelised Orange, and the Ultimate Carrot Tray Cake or Ultimate Brownie.
As part of Cocobeanz endeavour to provide an all-round menu, they’ve even incorporated Smoothies and Milk Shakes – the latter making use of the aforementioned variety of ice creams.
