Crazy Burgerz bring gourmet to London’s Norbury & Morden
SPONSORED CONTENT HALAL STATUS Fully HalalWith so many Halal burger joints dotted across London, the ones that particularly stand out from the crowd are those that offer gourmet.
This is where Crazy Burgerz as a brand comes into its own, with two sites located in the south of the capital – Norbury and Morden, respectively.
While the former 10-cover eatery is located on Streatham High Road and launched in 2020, the latter 30-cover restaurant is on London Road and opened earlier this year.
Although Crazy Burgerz’ interior follows a pleasant yellow and brown colour scheme, it’s the hardwork and innovation they’ve put into creating their menu that makes them such an exciting prospect.
And though there’s plenty of Halal options to salivate over, there’s one restaurant that will catch your attention on the way through, especially if you enjoy gourmet burgers.
Crazy Burgerz’ commitment to inhouse produce
One of the distinguishing factors of this relatively new burger brand is Head Chef Azfar’s commitment in fulfilling Muzammil’s vision of making practically everything inhouse.
This point cannot be better demonstrated than their selection of Grilled Fish Burgerz, where Azfar diligently combines three types of fish on a daily basis to create mouthwatering burgers like the Classique Corriandrum.
But it’s the sheer variety of freshly-cooked burgers that’s so astounding here, with five kinds of Beef Burgerz, that include the popular Memphis BBQ; a quartet of Chicken Burgerz, such as the Mexica’ Inferno; and a trio of Pulled Lamb Burgerz, like the Thai Fresno.
While two types of buns are available in the form of the more healthier pretzel or the standard brioche, all burgers can either be upgraded to meals for not very much extra, or better still made premium with 12oz and 18oz patties, in addition to Turkey bacon, pineapple, and cheesy onion rings to boot.
And what’s a burger without a good shake, with Crazy Burgerz offering some freshly-made and exceptionally good ones that include: strawberry, banana, salted caramel, chocolate, peanut butter, tiramisu, and vanilla.
But it doesn’t end there, for there’s also half-a-dozen Crazy Buffalo Wings that can be based in four tantalising marinations: crazy bbq, crazy devil sauce, crazy honey mustard sauce, and sweet chilli sauce.
What’s more, aside from sides of 4 onion rings, 8 cheesy bites, and 6 mozeralla sticks, their’s huge portions of Gourmet Friez too, like the Von Bandit Friez with melted mozzarella and diced beef or chicken, or Caramelised Cebolla Friez smothered in caramelised onions – all fries coming with a choice of these sauces: garlic, sweet chilli, red hummus sauce, or devil.
FtLion have teamed up with Crazy Burgerz to offer 50% off a single meal (1x drink, 1x burger, 1x side) for dine in and collections only at both branches that’s valid until 11th November 2021.
