Creams dessert café celebrates record-breaking week
It’s a huge achievement to still be seeing such impressive figures, and I’m incredibly proud of the entire Creams family. – Adam Mani, CEO Creams
Leading dessert restaurant Creams has revealed a record-breaking week of sales that exceeded £1.6 million during the period of 31 May-6 June.
The announcement comes amidst a busy couple of years for the Halal dessert company which gave up a majority stake of its business to Pistachio Holdings in December 2020.
The move was expected to take the café brand to the next level, with further expansion across the UK and internationally starting with January seeing its 91st site debuting in Wales.
Creams has enjoyed year-on-year growth of 144% (£573K increase in sales) after the recent launch of a brand-new menu featuring a variety of innovative choices.
Last year also saw two record-breaking landmarks for the cafe with October raking in the most sales for that month with over £4m, which followed 430,000 covers served during the Eat Out To Help Out scheme a month earlier.
Adam Mani, CEO of Creams said: “It’s really encouraging to see such a bumper start to the summer. Given how tough the last year has been, it’s a huge achievement to still be seeing such impressive figures, and I’m incredibly proud of the entire Creams family. With more good weather predicted, and exciting new site openings, I’m expecting big months ahead.”
