DFC Desserts in Leicester opens in place of chicken joint

Leicester will certainly be counting calories with the opening of two dessert parlours within barely a week of each other.
With Gelato Junction having launched last week, today will see the grand opening of DFC Desserts just around the corner on Green Lane Road.
This latest one takes over from its chicken namesake DFC Chicken & Grill with doors opening later this evening at 6pm.
We can further confirm: “Our food is completely Halal and vegan-friendly.”
With the menu ranging from ice cream, cakes, cookies, shakes and more, the opening ceremony will be inviting local and national bloggers among others.
There will be a free food tasting session that will include goodies like Milkshakes Bounty, Oreo Explosion, Kinder Bueno, Choch-o-Wonder, Black Forest Delight, and American Waffles.
