Malaysian Eat Lah permanent site at Boxpark Croydon
HALAL STATUS Fully HalalLondon’s “first blue rice stall” Eat Lah begins a new chapter today having opened its first permanent location.
The fully Halal Malaysian street food vendor will now be sharing a spot with plenty of other Halal food stalls at Boxpark Croydon.
Enthusiasts of their unique Malaysian Blue Rice Bowl can now enjoy a Nasi Kerabu any day of the week between 11am and 11pm.
Announcing the good news on their Instagram account, they said: “Here it is folk, Eat Lah begins a new chapter today opening up our first permanent location @boxparkcroydon.”
Their succinct menu will no doubt feature the Ayam Percik, or Coconut Chicken, which is a signature Kelantanese dish of grilled chicken that’s been marinated for over 12 hours, as well as Satay Chicken, Grilled Tofu, and Grilled Aubergine.
Eat Lah added: “We just want to thank each and everyone who has supported us since the beginning, your support has made this a reality.
“Grateful for everyone who has made this possible, builders, electrician, my suppliers and the team at Boxpark. Now the real work of feeding y’all foodies with yummy food begins! We’re excited to have y’all visit soon.”
