Rivaaz owner to open Eat Pizza in Lymington tomorrow

The owner of award-winning Indian restaurants Rivaaz and Thali Ho will be launching new Neapolitan restaurant Eat Pizza tomorrow in Lymington.
Shahin Malek and his co-founder will be opening on Gosport Street at 5pm on Wednesday for takeaways and collection, with their online ordering system going live in the morning.
Shahin has confirmed with FtLion that not only will the chicken be Halal, with Halal pepperoni available on request, but they’ll also be using vegetarian parmeson.
More importantly, Shahin added: “We have two ovens; so vegetarian, seafood and Halal will be cooked separately.”
Of the 10 classic Neapolitan crust pizzas available, nine are suitable for the Halal diet, of which six are vegetarian, with the following three, including the Rivaaz-inspired signature, ones to look out for:
- Eat Fire (Rivaaz inspired. Signature recipe) – Tomato Sauce Base, Chilli Flakes, Chicken, eatHot Honey, Red Onion, Sesame Seeds.
- Eat Roni –Â Tomato Sauce Base, Pepperoni, Fior Di Latte Mozzarella Cheese, Parmesan and eatHot Honey.
