Fargo’s in Birmingham will be celebrating the launch of a specially designed new menu today by offering 50% off their premium FX Bo’s Beef Burger.
Like so many other dine-in restaurants, the brand has adapted to the current lockdown situation by creating a menu that offers a smoother delivery experience.
With Fargo’s “Fresh Express” menu being introduced later today at 5pm, they’ve also revealed a new range of items tailor-made for fast delivery.
“Our industry has been turned on its head over the past year; and as a dine-in restaurant, we have had to adapt considerably to try and keep our doors open,” Fargo’s said on their Facebook page.
“Now we have entered the latest full lockdown we, more than ever, have to rely on delivery apps to get our meals to customers. Over the past few months we have been working on dishes more suited to these apps.”
With a selection of burgers, wraps and noodles, this new menu promises to be “quicker to produce, package and travel better but still keeping the Fargo’s fresh flavours”.
Fargo’s first opened in 2012 with “the goal of serving a family style menu of fresh but bold flavoured global dishes” and use HMC Halal Aberdeen Angus beef for their burgers.
