‘5 Continents’ food court in Stratford & five burger brands
Ready for exciting news of the latest flurry of new openings and launch announcements made this week and last?
Starting with the UK’s bustling Halal burger scene, BRGR LDN‘s opened its second today in St John’s Chippenham Road as a takeaway, with delivery via the big three across neighbouring areas.
Taking inspiration from the decor of Chaiiwala down the road in West Ealing no doubt is The Chocolate Factory, who have opened a large, spacious and airy dessert parlour on the Broadway.
Boasting two branches in Birmingham, Burger & Sauce will be making its London debut on 1 June in Battersea with a delivery-only service again through Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat.
McDonald’s-inspired brands merry march continues
As for the following three, then these brands are essentially leading the way in successfully making this recent trend of copycat McDonald’s and Burger King restaurants such a popular one.
Having mentioned in March that Burger Base are currently in the midst of an exciting expansion plan for this year, not only have they just opened in east London’s Green Street, but they will be opening in Slough’s Bishops Court too.
Da Mac will soon be serving its menu in the exciting 5 Continents food court (8am-6pm) that’s just opened this week in Stratford Shopping Centre.
And with a variety of cuisines on show including the Lebanese Shawarma Shack, that’s already serving its freshly-made kebabs, this place is sure to pull in the crowds once lockdown ends.
Meanwhile, FatTwins will be adding another to their resume with the launch of a store in west London’s Southall Broadway after taking over the site jettisoned by Steakout.
