Korean inspired restaurant Grounded Kitchen has opened a site on Tudor Square in Nottingham’s West Bridgford.
As a favourite among foodies in the Midlands with restaurants in Market Harborough, Loughborough and Birmingham, FtLion can confirm that they offer a fully Halal menu.
Franchise director, Lee Porter, said: “Our supply chain is company-wide. All stores use our supply chain including all Halal products. We do not use alcohol anywhere within our business. We only use Halal meats.”
With their first restaurant opening in Leicester back in 2017, he also reportedly said: “We’re really excited to be opening a restaurant in Nottingham. It’s an area that has a lot to offer when it comes to food and drink and we’re looking forward to making our mark and becoming part of an exciting, diverse hospitality scene.
“Our West Bridgford restaurant is an exciting step for the business but most importantly, it’s a chance for us to connect with the local community in Nottingham and bring the dishes that we’re so passionate about to a new area.”
Going by the ethos of ‘love life eat’, Grounded Kitchen’s menu offers a variety of colourfully vibrant dishes including the signature nourish bowls and smoothie quenchers made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
