The annual event’s guest of honour was Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, who while “delighted to speak at the Asian Curry Award” added: “London will always be open to food, talent and influences from around the world – that’s why I’m calling on the Government to put in place a migration system that ensures these businesses can flourish and thrive.”
Although a complete list of the winners is still to be published, Spice Village continued its winning ways by securing the Event Caterer of the Year award having last year won the Best Asian Restaurant Chain of the Year.
