Haute Dolci brings the bling to Bradford’s Broadway Centre
THIS PLACE HAS SINCE CLOSED DOWN!

Since opening in the happening place of Bradford’s Broadway Shopping Centre in May last year, this huge 138-cover venue exudes opulence like no other restaurant in the vicinity.
Not only is there indoor seating for 114, which includes a carpeted section that houses 30 diners beneath beautiful bronze-coloured arches, but also tables set outdoors for an additional 24.
While boasting restaurants across the country, this particular branch is unique in that it was one of the first to launch their exciting new brunch menu (available 11am-4pm).
Having started as a luxury dessert parlour, the brand has since grown to be so much more, with the new gourmet burger section drawing in the diners anxious to employ their build-your-own concept.
And it is in this capacity that Haute Dolci is far more than what it started out as; it is now an all-encompassing visual and gastronomic experience.
‘Food. Fashion. Lifestyle’ – Haute Dolci… it’s all in the name
There is no better way of succinctly summing up what this venue represents than citing its franchise owner, Yasmin Ravat, who said that Haute Dolci adds “a splash of luxury to the Bradford high street”.
Indeed it does. Just take the Avocado Perfect Day from their new brunch menu’s Signature Collection as a prime example.
Much like the restaurant itself, this was a layered affair, with a pair of poached eggs served on fresh smashed avocado and a crunchy sourdough toast, topped with a piquant Hollandaise sauce and plenty of fresh salad leaves to boot.
Also on the menu are two types of Scrambled Eggs, one more sophisticated than the other; a Fried Egg that is anything but ordinary; a variety of delicious toasties, such as their Signature Ultimate Club of chicken and avocado; and a trio of Open Sandwiches with some mouthwatering fillings.
Their selection of gourmet burgers will quicken the pulse too, especially their new Cheetos Collection that sees the recent introduction of the ridiculously tasty Chicken Burg.
This burger houses a succulent, golden brown fried chicken fillet that’s drizzled in a creamy IceBurg sauce before being covered in Monterey Jack cheese, red onions, cheese sauce, and some crunchy-fiery Cheetos.
And with eight other burgers to consider, including their Holy Hotness Angus beef burger that’s topped with a challenging scotch bonnet garnish, there’s plenty of reasons for return visits.
Otherwise you’d be remiss not to give Haute Dolci’s Classic Collection of French Toasts a go (how scrumptious does the above Beautiful Berry Berries look?).
Being another new addition to their burgeoning menu, we’re talking uber-thick slices of brioche bread soaked in cinnamon-infused milk, before being toasted to a tee, and presented with plenty of plump fresh berries, a berry compote, and served with a generous jug of pouring cream.
If you’re looking for something light, however, then the Bradford branch offers an assortment of their new Granola Bowls.
Not only do these come in four types: Belgian Chocolate, Blueberry Banana, Mixed Berries, and the Mango Passion, but each dainty bowl is as exquisitely assembled to provide maximal flavour and texture as the next.
And if you haven’t already, then there’s no better reason to visit Haute Dolci following this incredible update to their menu, with a massive range of exciting new additions that are just screaming out to be tried.
From the luxury desserts, which also feature waffles, cakes and pancakes, be sure to get their early for their breakfast and brunch options too.
