REVIEW Read FtL’s review here. The House of Ho is set in an impressive four-storey townhouse on Great Percy, and offers a contemporary, Vietnamese take on a bygone colonial era.
With the Seafood Bar situated on the ground floor, which is meant for relaxed brassiere style dining, the restaurant also comprises the following three floors: the Bar Area located entirely separately on the First Floor; the Private Dining Rooms: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh & The Mirror Room, on the Second Floor; and an additional dining area on the Third Floor.
This restaurant is a true collaboration between designers Studio Minerva and Jeff Lim, Director at The House of Ho and his team of experts.
Chef Director Ian Pengelley heads up the kitchen, and has taken inspiration from his extensive travels to Vietnam with a focus on fresh ingredients and careful balance of aromatics.
