25% off Japanese Mitsuryu opening in London Chiswick
HALAL STATUS Fully Halal (soy sauce disposable sachets contain “negligible amount” of alcohol)Halal Japanese sushi restaurant Mitsuryu have just announced that their third London restaurant will be launching on 30th June.
The sushi specialists, who have venues in Hampstead and Wembley’s Boxpark, will be launching an 8-seater venue on Chiswick High Road with 25% off for the first four weeks.
FtLion had the pleasure of visiting their first ever branch in London’s Chinatown way back in 2018 where it was rated a solid 4/5.
‘Negligible’ alcohol in soy sauce sachets
The owner has informed FtLion that while their disposable sachets of soy sauce contain “a negligible amount [of alcohol] listed as an ingredient”, this would not be dissimilar to what’s found in “bread or vanilla extract, both of these technically contain alcohol”.
But he further assured that Mitsuryu “always have tamari available, which is a gluten free version where alcohol is not listed as an ingredient” for anyone still concerned.
There aren’t many places in London, nay the UK, that serve fully Halal authentic Japanese cuisine that also happens to be of a high calibre.
Aside from their incredible sushi, they have an amazing array of other dishes such as their bubbling hot pots where you get to cook your own food.
