Taiwanese Ji The Chicken Shop opens in London Lewisham

Fully Halal Taiwanese fried chicken brand Ji The Chicken Shop launches in south east London.

This particular branch in Lewisham’s New Cross appears to be their 19th branch, according to their website.

Located on Lewisham Way, Ji The Chicken Shop says it’s “shaking up the fast food fried chicken industry to bring their customers the best fried chicken in the market”.

“Unlike normal cooking of chicken breast, Ji Chickens lays up the luxuriant flavours with the secret spices and precise control of marinades,” says Ji.

Their chicken menu consists of the obvious – karaage, strips, nuggets – but also items such as lollipop chicken, gizzard, chicken skin; but even octopus, squid and crab sticks.
